little details
Karl Huish of Artex came to triARC for their third office expansion. Each project has taken on a different look and feel based upon the departments utilizing the space. This group required flexible meeting space for trainings and large group meetings.
The look of an industrial city street was the inspiration for the design which allowed us to use brick, steel, glass and exposed duct-work. The existing demising wall was a natural location to fully clad in brick and create an anchor for the all-steel mezzanine. Technology was integrated into the architecture for large video conferencing and training presentations. Flexibility was planned in for future technology changes, allowing Falcon offices to remain cutting edge.
New flooring, lighting and interior glass walls brighten the interior, contributing to collaboration and productivity.
