Industry:Office/Industrial TI
What were the special elements of the project?:
Pixa’s vision was to create a space in which people could walk in having no prior knowledge of the company and immediately know exactly what they do and who they are. They didn’t want to have to say anything for their culture and branding to be felt when you walked in their door.

little details
To execute Pixa’s vision we started with a bold graphical greeting in the entrance of the office. This was paired with a QR code that could be scanned to tell you the story of Pixa right on your own screen. As you continue to walk in the space the client wanted an open ceiling look. For cost savings we painted the ceiling black. This created to same effect and executed the budget needs. Then we chose to create a drop grid ceiling to carry your eye from the entry to where the employees work. The biggest highlight of this office tenant improvement was the employees. There was a challenge posed when creating a space that catered to 3 very different employee types. The heads down and focused employee, the collaborative sales team, and the management team. We needed all employees to be able to work efficiently together in an open office plan.
A final fun cost savings trick we implanted was painting the door frames silver! Silver door frames have such a clean and fresh look to them – and if you can’t budget for the real thing, a nicely painted frame will do just the trick!
